Meet Our Team

John Payne, PE

Principal

John is a professional engineer specializing in land development, with expertise in stormwater management, project management, and utility infrastructure. Over nearly a decade he has guided projects from concept through completion, helping communities, developers, and municipalities bring their plans to life.

His approach is collaborative and practical. John works directly with clients and project teams to find solutions that balance technical precision against real-world constraints — budget, schedule, and what a jurisdiction will actually approve. His work is grounded in the belief that civil engineering is more than design: it is about creating reliable infrastructure that serves people today and leaves a lasting legacy for tomorrow.

John earned his engineering degree from Auburn University and remains a committed Auburn football fan. Outside of work, he spends his time with family and on the golf course.
