Riverbend Utility Expansion

E3 provided civil engineering support for a utility expansion serving a growing mixed-use development. The project included water and wastewater system design, utility coordination, grading and drainage, and permitting support. Working alongside the project team from planning through construction, E3 helped navigate site constraints and deliver practical infrastructure solutions designed to support both immediate needs and future growth.
